How do I order?
Add bouquets to your cart, enter the delivery details at checkout and press “Place order on WhatsApp”. Your order opens in WhatsApp as one message; send it and we confirm with you there. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no account and no online payment. Everything is confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
You pay as agreed with us on WhatsApp after we confirm your order. Nothing is charged on the website.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Do you deliver across Dubai?
Yes, we deliver fresh flowers across Dubai. Tell us the area at checkout and we confirm the delivery with you on WhatsApp.
Can I add a gift card message?
Yes. At checkout there is a gift card field for a message of up to 200 characters, and we add it to your flowers.
Can I choose a delivery date and time?
Yes. At checkout you choose the date and a time slot: Morning (9 am to 12 pm), Afternoon (12 pm to 4 pm) or Evening (4 pm to 9 pm). We confirm it with you on WhatsApp.
